PAIN

I have no idea what is going on - well maybe I do..it could be gallstones or something to do with my gallbladder. It started Thrusday night and it lasted severely for approx 6 hours...stomach was contracting like I was pregnant cept there is no chance in hell for that..it has been like that off and on since but not as severe...I haven't exercised since Wednesday and I fell awful...I didn't even get to go play racquetball with leal today and that is the one thing I look so forward too. I am pizzed. I am going to call the dr Monday to see if I can get this seen about...stay tuned..

My goal is to be down to 125-130 by the end of this year. And that's all I got to say about that.
